You can use Automator - find these two functions Split pdf and Combine pdf pages. Use the Split function to âblow upâ the document into individual pages delete the pages you need not in the new document Use Cobine pdf pages to stich the pages back again into the document. May be tedious and error prone with large documents. There is a whole lot of good pdf editors for Mac around, some of them do have free trials, so if you need to do this once, you can live with a free trial. Combine And Reorder Pdf DC is a classical tool, but is now available only as a subscription. PDF Elements Pro works well, also Quoppa PDF Studio (both paid, but reasonably). There are also a few on-line pdf editors, some for free, thus if your document is not confidential or too personal, you can check the online things. Google around a bit.
There are several PDF tools available, the search engines you should also be on the lookout for, as you need to do this on the client's server for your clients and not on yours as a freelancer. Google is an excellent search engine to look for documents. There is no point looking for a file from the web-site since the files are already stored on the server. Mostly for finding and then finding where your files will go. If your content is on the client's server, then you can use them as PDFs which are already uploaded. Also Google search engine may yield better results than the document search engines of the client, such as the usual search engine of the client. Google may also yield results from the clients other web search engines.
