Hi WORD Word word have you notice the difference in above three words? This is the different type of case in not only for Ms word but across the Ms Office application. The word which have all alphabets in CAPITAL LETTER then it is called as UPPER CASE. The word which starts with first CAPITAL ALPHABET and rest in LOWER then it is called as PROPER CASE. The word which have all alphabets in LOWER LETTER then it is called as LOWER CASE. You can use keyboard shortcuts to change between the above case by just pressing SHIFT + F3 (this shortcut is specifically for Ms word). Hope this solve your query.
