You then have to determine if the software does what you want it to in the format you want it in? (For example I always look for a turns report because it isn't always standard and it reflects if the software was written with subject matter expert input or not.) Do not for any reason believe what someone says about have to be able to see it and do the transactions yourself. If they won't provide this or just want to show you a PowerPoint then move on. Inventory software by itself should not be tooplicated it should simply do transactions that add or subtract.
